Finally printing art!

After a few more stops and starts, I am finally moving on to printing actual objects as opposed to test bars (I must find a good use for all those test bars). For any one repurposing an old printer to print alternative, cheaper materials (ie. refilling your own ink cartridges), be patient and persistent.

“If one waits patiently the solution will politely present itself” – Einstein, paraphrased.

It seemed that the final problem was a pinched line. Simple as that. In the meantime, I created a new jig for making heads. It makes clamping the whole assembly much easier. One of my students drew up a file for it and I will post it soon both here and on Open3DP.
